The Urban Trust Bank Urban Trust Success Prepaid Visa has removed the ability for clients to load their card online however there are many other great and easy ways to load our card.  There are a large number of locations that will accept payments to your card. You can actually access through their website the dealer locater, called the Visa ReadyLink, so you can find the vender that accepts payments closest to you. Stores that accept payments to your account include, but not restricted to MoneyGram agents, ExxonMobil (at TIO kiosk), 7-eleven, Carrs, Safeway, Circle K (at TIO kiosk), etc.  While your card will not charge you a fee for making a deposit the company accepting your money will charge a varying fee depending on which company you go to.

You may also go into any Urban Trust location and load your card through the bank branch itself.   It should be noted that while you can make payments to your card though the bank branch you cannot withdraw funds through the bank.  You will be required to withdraw funds through the bank branch ATM machines.

The Urban Trust Bank Urban Trust Success Prepaid Visa Card also offers the convenient option of having your payroll checks or government checks sent directly to your prepaid card.  Even your tax return can be loaded to your account you simply have to fill out the required form.  With this particular card there is no required minimum balance. 

You can find out your account balance a couple of ways.  You can go online to their website or you could call cardholder services.  You are allowed one call to a live agent per month free of charge before there is a fee applied for the call.  2 or more calls within a month to a live agent will cost $5.00.  You can have your statements sent to you at a rate of $2.95 per statement request. 

You card is covered under Visa’s zero liability policy.  In the event that your card may be lost or stolen, all you need to do is call a customer service representative so you will not be liable for unauthorized transactions.  You do however; have to notify your card within a reasonable amount of time in order to be covered under their liability policy.  There is a charge of $5.00 to have your card replaced regardless of the reason for the replacement.  If you require express delivery of your card to your home the fee would then be $15.00.
